The Lead Team Member is an onsite role based in New Stanton, PA. Compensation is not specified beyond a shift differential of $1.50/hr for hours worked between 10pm and 6am, supporting the high-energy operations of Sheetz, Inc. stores. This role exists to provide leadership by example, helping team members prioritize tasks and ensuring that customers receive top-tier service. The lead team member contributes to store cleanliness, food quality, and overall operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member.
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers.
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
