The Retail Sales Associate — New Store role is onsite in Naples, FL. Compensation is $15 per hour. The associate supports daily store operations by serving customers and donors, processing transactions and merchandise, and maintaining an organized, safe shopping environment. Cross-training across store areas helps support customer service, donations, production, and merchandising needs.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers and donors
• operate the register and complete sales transactions
• accept donations and provide receipts
• merchandise displays
• process merchandise and record production
• maintain safe aisles and clean workstations
• sort salvage and recyclable items
• support donation processing, cleaning, merchandising, and backroom operations as needed.
