The Personal Support Specialist (PSS) – Androscoggin County role is in person in client homes in Sabattus, ME. Pay is $17.00–$20.00 per hour. MaineTouch LLC provides in-home support to adults and seniors to promote safety, independence, and stability. The specialist provides non-medical personal care and daily-living assistance according to each client’s authorized plan of care. The role helps clients remain safe and comfortable at home while documenting services, reporting concerns, and respecting client dignity and confidentiality.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, household tasks related to care, meal preparation, shopping, errands, and companionship
• observe and report changes or safety concerns
• follow the client’s service plan
• complete documentation
• follow infection-control and safety guidelines
• respond appropriately to emergencies
• maintain confidentiality and dependable attendance.
