What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers
• prepare meals and perform light housekeeping and laundry
• help with shopping, errands, and transportation
• provide companionship and pet assistance
• document services promptly
• report changes in client needs, condition, or incidents to a supervisor
• follow HIPAA, safety, infection-control, and company procedures
• commute among client locations during the workday or week.
