What you'll do

• Review retail and street-purchase deal documentation for accuracy and compliance
• finalize compliant deals and route them to the title team after funding
• coordinate with the F&I department
• submit aftermarket product cancellations
• perform schedule reviews and reconciliations
• review and process invoices
• support audits
• prepare SOX reconciliations
• assist with month-end close, journal entries, expense variance analysis, and work papers
• provide administrative support.
