What you'll do

• Support enterprise clients through phone, email, and chat

• monitor client accounts and trading activity
• monitor corporate actions
• collaborate with trading, operations, IT, and compliance teams
• ensure regulatory and internal-policy compliance
• identify potential risks
• share client feedback with product and management teams.
