The Registered Nurse (RN) – Part-Time Overnight (NOC) Shift role is onsite in Devils Lake, ND, at Eventide Heartland Care Center. Compensation is $36–$40.32 per hour, with an additional $5 per hour overnight differential and $2 per hour weekend differential. The role supports resident care at the care center. The RN Charge Nurse assesses residents, provides and coordinates nursing care, administers medications and treatments, documents care, and supports nursing team operations. The role helps maintain residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with care plans and applicable standards.

What you'll do

• Assess residents’ needs and health status
• follow and update plans of care as needed
• administer medications and treatments and monitor effectiveness
• provide direct nursing care
• document in electronic medical records
• report resident needs and condition changes
• support staffing and supervise subordinate staff
• educate and support residents and families
• coordinate care conferences
• assist with orientation and training of new nursing team members.
