What you'll do

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs
• recommend additional items when appropriate
• support store sales initiatives and the shopping environment
• keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised
• stock and restock merchandise
• help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage-reduction goals
• address guest questions and escalate complaints to a keyholder
• support inventory control and loss prevention
• follow GameStop policies and procedures.
