Lead Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Monitor, schedule, and inspect maintenance staff work
• maintain the shop and inventory
• obtain bids for special projects
• work with the property manager on the supply budget
• perform general electrical, HVAC, and plumbing maintenance
• assist with system setup and repairs
• troubleshoot appliances
• complete manual repairs and general upkeep
• fulfill on-call responsibilities as assigned.
