The Dietitian / Nutrition Aide role is onsite in Albuquerque, NM, and pays $16 per hour. The position supports the Nutrition Department at Eating Disorders Treatment Center, LLC, whose mission includes clinical and nutritional counseling for people in need. This entry-level role assists nutrition staff and clinical programs with group sessions, program materials, research, meal planning, and clerical tasks. It contributes to client support and nutrition services under the direction of the Director of Nutritional Services and other nutrition staff; individual counseling or therapy may be assigned as the employee progresses and under direct supervision.

What you'll do

• Assist clinical staff during group therapy sessions
• help prepare program materials and research clinical treatment modalities
• assist with clinical session notes
• help develop and implement meal plans
• assist with clerical needs such as scheduling clients, returning calls, and faxing information
• may assist with meal-plan management, weight measurements, and close supervision of clients in group programs
• may provide individual nutrition counseling or therapy under direct supervision as the employee progresses.
