Senior Utility Engineer

The Senior Utility Engineer works 100% onsite in Durham, NC; non-local candidates must be willing to relocate at their own expense. Compensation is $51–$71 per hour, depending on experience. What you'll do

• Manage site utility, electrical, and HVAC systems
• oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility assets
• control changes to maintain validated and qualified system states
• create, review, and approve procedures, maintenance plans, drawings, and specifications
• analyze equipment issues and develop engineering solutions
• support inspections and audits and respond to observations with corrective actions
• ensure compliance with GMP, CFR, and internal quality standards
• oversee vendors and service providers
• drive continuous improvement
• monitor equipment performance and implement maintenance and reliability strategies.
