• Resolve technical issues in Windows and Mac OS X environments with coworkers, vendors, and end users by phone, email, and occasional onsite visits.
• Troubleshoot business applications, configure accounts in Active Directory and Office 365, create documentation, and own issues through resolution.
• Some maintenance work occurs evenings or weekends, and the role includes an on-call rotation.
