The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is based in Havre de Grace, MD, with in-home and hybrid work options and a stated pay range of $70–$95 per hour. Heartlinks ABA provides ABA therapy, primarily in homes, to support infants through teenagers with autism spectrum disorder in developing communication, social interaction, behavior, and daily living skills. The BCBA provides behavioral analysis services to children in home and community settings, develops and updates instructional programs, and trains paraprofessionals to implement programs and behavior plans. The work contributes to individualized therapy and the organization’s goal of supporting children’s development.
