The Accounts Receivable Specialist is a hybrid role based in Portland, OR, combining remote work with travel to Affinity-managed properties. The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. Starting pay is $27 per hour, with a monthly transportation allowance of $200. Affinity Property Management supports property portfolios and their residents. The specialist monitors and resolves receivables, supports collections, and maintains accurate account records. The role works with property managers, residents, and the Controller to keep receivables current, reconciled, and reported accurately.

What you'll do

• Monitor aged receivables across property portfolios in Yardi Voyager
• work toward a 96% monthly collections rate
• train property managers on resolving balances and collection communications
• track notices and filings
• investigate former-resident balances and deposit accounting
• apply credits and prepayments
• resolve subsidy suspense balances
• coordinate collections referrals and disputes with in-house counsel
• prepare aging summaries and exception reports
• respond to billing inquiries
• reconcile receivables with the Controller.
