What you'll do

• Lead EHS activities on assigned projects
• ensure implementation of company programs, regulatory requirements, and client expectations
• serve as primary EHS contact for clients and owners
• set project safety strategy and performance expectations
• oversee EHS team members
• engage in field safety verification
• plan and oversee high-risk work including electrical work, LOTO, crane operations, and confined-space activities
• oversee incident reporting, investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
• manage audits, inspections, permitting, and safety metrics
• coordinate with construction leadership, QA/QC, commissioning, and energy-control teams.
