What you'll do

• Direct learning center activities and supervise unit staff
• maintain employee schedules for adequate safety coverage
• develop systems to organize and monitor work
• facilitate new employee orientation
• conduct supervisory conferences and performance evaluations
• schedule mandatory training
• monitor staff activities
• demonstrate Safe Crisis Management and supervise its use.
