What you'll do

• Job shadow at least one shift for participants with their coaches at assigned job sites
• visit each assigned participant at least monthly
• take pictures of supported employees with job coaches during site visits
• manage job coach schedules for assigned participants
• support field coaches as directed
• substitute for assigned open shifts
• support the Job Developer, Case Manager, and Workforce Development Director as needed.
