What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and train team members
• guide staff on product knowledge and customer service
• support smooth store operations
• coordinate with inventory control on counts, labeling, and organization
• follow legal and regulatory requirements
• oversee cash handling and records
• address customer concerns
• oversee visual merchandising
• enforce safety and cleanliness
• assist with opening and closing
• document employee breaks
• serve as liaison between sales associates and managers.

Why this role
