What you'll do

• Handle end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing, and account reconciliation
• oversee the property as manager on duty during the shift
• process arriving guests and room assignments
• provide hotel and tourism information
• handle guest complaints and requests
• calculate bills and issue receipts
• maintain reservations and cash drawer
• support safety and security
• perform routine cleaning and assist other departments as needed.
