The Light Duty Slurry Area Manager is an onsite role based in Huntsville, AL, with a salary range of $110,000 to $140,000 per year. This position supports the BASF Environmental Catalyst and Metal Solutions Division by leading the Slurry Prep department. This role is responsible for the leadership, production efficiency, and safety of the 24/7 slurry prep operation. The manager coordinates with technical and manufacturing teams to ensure production schedules are met while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Direct slurry manufacturing and PGM management, plan and forecast capacities, manage budget and cost controls, ensure EHS compliance, and coach a team of approximately 100 employees.
