What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day residential program operations
• supervise, instruct, model, and assist residential support staff
• implement person-centered plans
• ensure individuals’ medical, financial, and recreational needs are met
• ensure appropriate staff ratios and training
• coordinate with schools, state workers, families, therapists, courts, and residential placement contacts
• maintain program documentation and manage personnel and program issues.
