What you'll do

• Set up banquet functions accurately and on time according to Banquet Event Orders
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation in function spaces, pre-function areas, and storage rooms
• keep the banquet storeroom organized and stocked
• follow hotel safety rules and know fire exit and extinguisher locations
• break down setups and store equipment and supplies
• notify management of hazards or safety concerns.
