What you'll do

• Develop talent acquisition strategies and advise hiring managers
• source candidates and manage the end-to-end recruiting process
• evaluate, interview, and present candidates
• gather hiring-manager feedback
• organize job-board and industry-site campaigns
• maintain external recruiting partner relationships and candidate pipelines
• develop networks to broaden the applicant pool
• introduce candidates to the Charlie Health model and mission.
