What you'll do

• Troubleshoot wired and wireless network, connectivity, and performance issues
• use remote monitoring and management tools to monitor and remediate issues
• respond to incidents within service-level targets
• document work and enter time daily in the PSA system
• identify process, automation, and AI-enabled improvements to reduce repeat incidents
• deploy systems, support Windows Server, Windows desktop, and Microsoft 365 environments, and train client staff as needed.
