Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Portland, OR; compensation is $25–$30 per hour. The family-owned Sivers Companies maintains commercial properties directly for ownership.

What you'll do

• Conduct routine site visits and inspections across approximately eight commercial properties within roughly 20 miles of Portland.
• Perform safe, non-licensed minor repairs and maintenance, assist with vendor coordination and follow-up, communicate with tenants and vendors, and help maintain safe, clean properties.
