The role contributes to accurate test reporting and patient care through quality control, equipment maintenance, and communication of abnormal findings.

What you'll do

• Perform waived, moderately complex, and highly complex testing
• conduct and log daily quality control and document corrective actions
• perform preventive maintenance, calibration, verification, and instrument repairs
• communicate abnormal findings to physicians, nursing staff, and pathologists
• supervise laboratory procedures and reporting when the Director or Clinical Lab Scientist Lead is absent.
