What you'll do

• Answer and direct incoming calls
• help customers choose merchandise and complete order forms
• verify customer information and schedule deliveries
• follow up after delivery
• enter payments and manage the cash drawer
• maintain customer folders and rental or lease agreements
• clean, organize, price, and prepare showroom merchandise
• help plan delivery routes
• explain promotions and maintain in-store advertising
• track inventory accessories and manuals.
