Residential Building Performance Crew Lead Manager

The Residential Building Performance Crew Lead Manager works onsite in Easton, MD; compensation is $22–$26 per hour. The role supports Total Home Performance Systems’ Weatherization team and its work delivering safe, energy-efficient homes. The manager leads daily field operations while working alongside crews, helping projects meet production, quality, and safety requirements. Through coaching, inspections, troubleshooting, and accurate documentation, the role helps crews complete weatherization work efficiently and reduce callbacks and failed inspections.

What you'll do

• Guide multiple crews through daily assignments, scheduling, workflow, and priorities
• perform weatherization tasks when needed
• troubleshoot field issues
• inspect work for quality and safety
• coach crew leaders and technicians
• review work orders, photos, test data, measurements, material use, and documentation
• ensure crews have tools and materials
• monitor productivity and job progress
• close punch lists
• enforce OSHA and company safety policies
• communicate with customers and stakeholders.
