Music Therapist (MT-BC)

What you'll do

• Provide individual and group music therapy sessions in clients' homes and community settings
• maintain reliable transportation to client locations
• assess clients through observation, interviews, and collaboration
• request therapy units and submit outcomes
• set and adjust schedules
• maintain intake, assessment, ISP, and quarterly documentation
• review and revise therapeutic goals
• document session observations and progress
• collaborate with support teams
• maintain MT-BC certification through continuing education.
