What you'll do

• Lead and schedule a one-to-three-person production team across two shifts
• set up and operate two-axis and multi-axis CNC lathes with sub-spindles
• program and edit lathe operations using basic Mastercam and maintain setup sheets
• plan fixturing and tooling
• monitor machines and part conformity
• conduct in-process inspections
• mentor teammates and support continuous improvement
• coordinate with Programming, Tooling, the Production Scheduler, and the General Manager
• complete production paperwork
• and model safety practices.
