What you'll do

• Reconcile General Ledger accounts
• monitor loan payment application across servicing platforms and the General Ledger
• research out-of-balance conditions and loan account histories
• explain escrow histories and resolve servicing issues
• compare origination documents with electronic loan data
• respond to customer and business partner questions
• maintain loan files and process procedures
• assist with year-end reporting.
