What you'll do

• Monitor and check on assigned residents
• observe, report, and document changes in condition
• respond to resident call bells and security systems
• assist with continence care, meals, room cleanliness, activities of daily living, and life enrichment
• review resident service plans
• assist with or observe medications and treatments and document administration or missed doses
• report concerns to nursing staff
• restock and maintain medication carts and rooms
• count narcotics with another medication care manager or nurse
• take and record vital signs
• participate in service plan development and updates.
