The Field Service Professional is an onsite role based in Chicago, IL. This position is with The Home Depot. This role exists to perform a full range of equipment repairs and maintenance on industrial equipment found within Home Depot and external customer locations. By diagnosing and repairing equipment, the technician ensures that operations run smoothly and safely.

What you'll do

• Utilize company technology platform to document all work performed on equipment, including labor and parts.
• Accurately maintain, report and store parts inventory.
• Complete and organize tech stock replenishment into company vehicle.
• Proactively communicate with business partners and leaders regarding customer needs, parts and servicing of equipment.
• Perform all work and assignments in accordance with proper safety practices.
• Diagnose, repair and perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment both mechanically and electrically.
