What you'll do

• Foster a Safety First culture with a Zero Harm mindset.
• Support and implement company safety culture, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee risk assessment and mitigation measures.
• Undertake corrective and preventive measures.
• Investigate and analyze accidents or near misses.
• Ensure work safety permits are enforced.
• Inform employees about environmental and safety policies.
• Manage external interfaces including OSHA and consultants.
• Maintain safety statistics and create performance reports.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and maintenance departments.
