What you'll do

• Guide customers from initial consultation through closing
• sell manufactured, modular, and tiny homes and financing solutions
• identify customer housing needs
• generate business through referrals, networking, and social media
• promote homes and communities
• explain financing and assist with loan applications
• coordinate with staff and lenders
• maintain knowledge of homes, floor plans, financing programs, and lenders.
