Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians, mechanics, electricians, and supervisors
• manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance
• develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• monitor equipment effectiveness, reliability, and costs
• lead Lean, Kaizen, root-cause, and corrective-action initiatives
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems
• lead capital projects
• ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, SQF, and regulatory requirements
• manage budgets, inventory, and contractor relationships.
