Senior Living Cooperative Property Manager

What you'll do

• Build relationships with members, volunteers, guests, vendors, community organizations, and coworkers
• work with the five-member elected board and committees
• manage contract services, public relations, marketing, and financial performance
• oversee the management office
• process invoices and member fees
• coordinate maintenance, supplies, vendors, and deliveries
• maintain files and asset logs
• conduct building tours
• prepare and monitor the annual budget
• supervise maintenance and janitorial/housekeeping staff
• process maintenance requests
• implement cooperative and company policies.
