The Youth Development Professional — Sports & Recreation, Woodland Park role is onsite in Gainesville, FL, generally Monday–Friday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.; longer hours may be needed. Compensation is $15 per hour. Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida serves youth and aims to create an optimal Club experience.

What you'll do

• Plan and implement sports and recreation programs, recruit and retain youth participants, coach teams, and work with club staff to deliver programs during the school year.
• Supervise members, promote safety and character development, maintain program equipment and areas, prepare weekly reports, and keep a daily written schedule.
• Evening or weekend work may be involved, and driving a Club van may be required.
