What you'll do

• Reconcile monthly bank and credit card accounts
• prepare and post general ledger journal entries
• prepare monthly financial reporting packages and sales tax reports
• process payroll and file payroll tax reports
• prepare trial balances, workpapers, and reconciliations for annual income tax compliance projects
• perform data entry and administrative duties
• update clients on project status and request information
• support ad hoc projects
• maintain confidentiality.
