Behavior Technician - Center-Based - Part-Time

The Center-Based Behavior Technician role is an onsite position located in Gresham, OR, offering a pay range of $19 - $24 per hour. This role supports the Centria Autism team in their mission to provide high-quality care for children with autism. The role exists to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The technician uses evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors to help children reach their full potential.

• Work one-on-one with children, implement behavior intervention plans, teach communication and social skills, reduce interfering behaviors, and maintain a safe and supportive environment.
