The Shift Leader – KFC Restaurant is an onsite, full-time position in Macedon, NY. Compensation is $17.50–$19.00 per hour. The role supports KFC’s restaurant team in delivering customer service and meeting restaurant standards. The shift leader coordinates shift tasks, coaches team members, addresses customer concerns, and supports food safety, order accuracy, and daily operations. The role also assists the restaurant general manager with staffing, cash controls, inventory, labor, and facility standards.

What you'll do

• Oversee team members’ shift tasks
• maintain food safety, quality, and order accuracy
• resolve customer complaints
• provide feedback and training
• assist with candidate screening
• follow cash, security, inventory, and labor procedures
• oversee product preparation and holding times
• assist with facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
