What you'll do

• Prepare meals for patients, employees, visitors, and catering
• inspect and clean kitchen equipment and work areas
• report repair needs
• wash dishes and cookware
• stock and rotate inventory
• communicate respectfully with patients, employees, and visitors
• follow organizational policies and confidentiality requirements
• attend in-service training
• and assist the dietary team lead with quality, safety, productivity, cost, portion control, and waste concerns.
