Human Resources Coordinator for Field Employees

The Human Resources Coordinator for Field Employees is an onsite, full-time position in New York, New York. Pay is $21.00–$23.00 per hour. The role helps maintain staff certification and regulatory readiness through onboarding, file maintenance, compliance tracking, audits, and coordination of required evaluations and training.

What you'll do

• Assist with orientation paperwork
• enter employee files and maintain required personnel documentation
• verify licenses and certificates
• track staff compliance
• update personnel information
• scan and index documents in the secure storage portal
• schedule staff for in-services, competency evaluations, physicals, and other compliance requirements
• conduct internal file audits and assist with external audits
• assist with translations, payroll questions, field staff applications, call handling, and customer service.
