What you'll do

• Implement daily care and activities according to resident service plans
• respond to resident needs and community alarms
• assist with activities of daily living, transfers, meals, and medication timing
• maintain care records and conduct safety checks
• monitor and report changes in resident condition
• follow emergency and safety procedures.
