Certified Hospice Aide

What you'll do

• Provide assigned personal care, including bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and linen changes
• assist with meals, feeding, mobility, and other daily needs
• take and record vital signs when ordered and competency requirements are met
• observe skin and patient condition
• document care and report significant changes to the case manager
• follow safety and care procedures.
