The Technology Career Specialist is an onsite role in Haverhill, MA, with a 10-month work year and a Monday–Friday schedule of 7:15 a.m.–2:15 p.m. Salary is $40,000 per year. The specialist reports to the Career and Technical Education Supervisor and supports Haverhill Public Schools’ high school STEM and career-readiness programming. The role helps students explore technical fields and develop workplace skills through curriculum support, experiential learning, and career-plan tracking. It also assists with student learning plans and classroom behavior, contributing to students’ learning and preparation for future work.

What you'll do

• Assist with facilitating grades 9–12 STEM curriculum and implementing student IEP, 504, and multilingual learner plans
• support experiential learning activities such as practicums, field trips, guest speakers, job shadows, mock interviews, and internships
• track student career plans and employability skills
• and address student behavior and encourage classroom effort.
