Construction Superintendent — Ground-Up Multifamily

The Construction Superintendent — Ground-Up Multifamily role is an onsite, full-time position in Redwood City, CA, paying $140,000–$185,000 per year. RimePro Inc is recruiting for an established general contractor builder with an active pipeline of work throughout Northern California. The superintendent leads day-to-day field execution on ground-up multifamily projects, coordinating trades and site activity to keep work on schedule and aligned with quality and safety standards. The role works closely with project managers to support project delivery from field operations through turnover and closeout.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily field operations for ground-up multifamily construction projects
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics
• drive schedules and milestones
• manage quality control against plans and specifications
• lead onsite safety and OSHA compliance
• conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate trade sequencing
• work with project managers on budgets, schedules, and field updates
• review drawings, RFIs, and submittals
• resolve field conflicts
• maintain daily reports and site logs
• and support punchlists, turnover, and closeout.

Why this role

Requires 5–10+ years of superintendent experience in a general contractor environment. Ground-up multifamily experience is strongly preferred; Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software experience is required.
