Auto Body Collision Technician

The Auto Body Collision Technician role is onsite in Middletown, RI. Compensation is $25–$40 per hour, with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for qualified A-level technicians. The technician performs structural and non-structural collision repairs and helps return vehicles safely and on time. What you'll do

• Replace and repair bolt-on and weld-on panels according to manufacturer and company standards
• perform structural and non-structural repairs, including airbag replacement and minor mechanical work as needed
• meet performance standards for efficiency, cycle time, and quality
• communicate repair progress and supplemental needs
• follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, repair procedures, and hazardous-waste guidelines
• test-drive vehicles after repairs when applicable
• maintain a clean, organized work area.

Why this role

Requires at least two years of auto body collision repair experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, a high school diploma or GED, and the technician’s own tools. I-CAR and OEM certifications or training are preferred.
