What you'll do

• Analyze store profit and loss and set cost goals
• write weekly staff schedules
• direct shifts
• supervise, mentor, train, and evaluate staff
• maintain food safety and menu knowledge
• prepare catering orders
• support restaurant stations as needed
• order products and supplies
• recruit, interview, and onboard employees
• handle cash and payments
• serve guests
• maintain health department standards, alcohol policies, food handling, hygiene, and appearance.
