Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Fenton, MO. Pay is $17.50–$19.50 per hour. The technician helps keep the residential community safe, functional, and well maintained for residents.

What you'll do

• Perform routine building and grounds maintenance, including plumbing, minor electrical work, basic carpentry, heating and cooling systems, and waterline repairs.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, coordinate repairs with property managers, order approved supplies, maintain grounds and common areas, clear storm drains, and perform seasonal work such as snow removal and salting sidewalks.
